The Leeds Glass Pavilion at Crossgates Cricket Club and the playing area are available to members and non members for hire for a range of events.
Leeds Glass Pavilion Hire
The pavilion has one good sized room suitable for around 10-25 guests, which is perfect for meetings, children’s birthday parties, and a range of other events (please note we are unable to host 18th or 21st birthday parties).
Hire of the Leeds Glass Pavilion includes the use of the outfield (away from the main cricket wickets), and is perfect for bouncy castles and other outdoor activities.
The pavilion has sofa style setting, also has a kitchen with a serving hatch, a fridge to keep your drinks cool, a freezer if required and a kettle for making teas and coffees with washing up facilities. It’s perfect for buffet style catering with long tables available to lay out your tasty spreads.
The premises are available for hire all year round – with the exception of Saturdays during the cricket season. Ample parking is available on the outfield (which is weather dependent).
The space is hired on a ‘leave it as you find it basis’ – the pavilion will be clean, hovered and litter free. We ask for a returnable bond of £50 in case we need to bring in cleaners after your event. You must take all your rubbish away with you.
Club members receive a discount on hire – ask for details.
Pavilion hire prices are:
Mornings 9am-12noon £100
Afternoons 1pm-5pm £150
Evenings 6pm-11pm £175

Please note an enquiry form does not secure your booking. We will contact you upon receipt to confirm availability and, if the booking is approved, you will then be required to pay a deposit.
*All brought in items and equipment must be removed at the end of the event.
*Access to the venue during the day of the event is by mutual agreement.
*No fireworks or lighted lanterns may be used.

Cricket Ground and Pavilion Hire
Our facilities are available for hire for matches involving junior or senior teams. We have an astroturf wicket and grass wickets available. Access to the ground also includes use of the pavilion.
Please note ground and pavilion booking requests should be made at least 2 weeks in advance in order to schedule the preparation of a suitable wicket. If you’d like to play a number fo fixtures throughout the season, a reduced hire price is negotiable.

Sundays 10am-7pm £150
Evenings during Season 5pm-9pm £100

During matches, parking on the outfield is not applicable, there is parking space available on the roadside outside the ground.
